Associate Attorney
Dallas, TX
Full Time
Experienced
Nowak & Stauch, PLLC, represents businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and throughout North Texas in a broad spectrum of commercial disputes. We concentrate much of our practice on construction, real estate and nonsubscriber liability claims. In addition, we represent clients in commercial collections, insurance defense, commercial trucking, oil and gas litigation and employment litigation.
Our lawyers have extensive experience and are able to quickly assess the issues presented in a given case. Our attorneys are skilled negotiators and trial-tested litigators, and have achieved exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Nowak & Stauch is a litigation boutique with a robust practice in commercial, construction and real estate litigation, as well as professional and legal malpractice claims. We are always interested in meeting new talent, even if only to establish new relationships.
As a small firm, every team member plays a meaningful role. Unlike larger firms where responsibilities are heavily compartmentalized, our attorneys are involved in the full lifecycle of each case. The environment is fast-paced, demanding, and highly productive—but collaborative and respectful.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking substantial hands-on litigation experience, autonomy, and long-term growth in a thriving practice.
